The Museum of Technorealism seeks to reenact and rearticulate the original beliefs of technorealism through resurfacing and reconsidering indicative artefacts drawn from the historical tides of technological transformation.

Technorealism is a series of eight principles collectively authored in 1998 and intended to ensure that the future progress of technology was applied in a manner more consistent with basic human values. Technorealism asked that we think more critically about the role that technology plays in human evolution. Integral to this perspective is an understanding that the current waves of technological transformation are actually a continuation of the tides of change that have taken place throughout history.

The principles of Technorealism can still be found archived on the internet at www.technorealism.org
